Found Richwin China Corporation in oversea handling with off shore trade.

Capital increased and changed to be RFH Metals & Chemicals Co.,Ltd.
2007
Qualified by China Commercial Administration and granted critical Metals export quota.

Capital increased and re-registered in National Commercial Administration Bureau.
